Inbound · Lead qualification

Every caller scored before your team sees them

Your paid traffic rings a line we answer. Agents take the caller through the criteria you set, write the answers to your CRM record and pass on only the ones that clear the bar — in one call, while the interest is still warm. Your reps spend their day closing, not screening.

More likely to qualify a lead when first contact happens within an hour of the enquiry rather than after it

What we score on every call

Six questions, asked the way your own reps would ask them. You set the pass mark; we apply it the same way on every call.

Qualified or disqualified in one call, logged in your CRM

  1. 01

    Fit

Company size, sector, location and the product line the caller asked about, checked against your ideal-customer profile.

  2. 02

    Need

The problem in the caller's own words, matched to the use cases you sell into and the ones you do not.

  3. 03

    Authority

Whether the caller decides, recommends or is researching for someone else — and who that someone is.

  4. 04

    Timeline

When they intend to buy and what is driving the date: a renewal, a launch, a contract ending.

  5. 05

    Budget

A range rather than a number, asked with your framing so it does not end the conversation.

  6. 06

    Consent

Permission to be contacted again, and on which channels, logged against the record before any follow-up.

How it runs, from first call to full volume

The same four weeks as every team we stand up. You hear live, scored calls in week four.

  1. Step 1. Criteria workshop

    Week 1

You bring your ideal-customer profile and your disqualifiers. We turn them into a scorecard with a pass mark and questions an agent can ask naturally.

  2. Step 2. Script and CRM mapping

    Weeks 2–3

Every question is mapped to a field on your lead record, so answers land where your reps already look. Agents train on your product and your objections.

  3. Step 3. Live scoring with QA

    Week 4

Calls go live on a small team. Each one is scored against the rubric, and every disqualification is reviewed the same day.

  4. Step 4. Handover and calibration

    Week 5 onward

Qualified leads reach your reps with notes and the recording. Weekly, we compare our scores with what your reps closed and adjust the pass mark with you.

Asked about lead qualification

The questions this service raises on the first call.

Can you qualify web forms and chat enquiries as well as calls?

Yes. Form fills and chat enquiries are called back within two hours and taken through the same scorecard, so every channel is qualified to one standard. The outcome is written to the same CRM record the enquiry created.

What happens to callers who do not qualify?

They are told the next step — a self-serve resource, a partner, or a follow-up at a later date — and the reason is logged against the record. Nobody is cut off. A caller who does not qualify today is often one who does next quarter, and the record shows when to try again.

Who writes the qualification questions?

You set the criteria. We draft the questions with you in week one and you sign them off before an agent asks them. The pass mark is yours to change at any time, and we recalibrate it monthly against what your reps actually closed.

How quickly do qualified leads reach my reps?

Immediately, as a CRM record with notes and the recording attached. Where your reps are available to take the call, we transfer it live instead of passing a record — that is the live transfer service, and the two are usually run together.

Are the calls recorded, and is that compliant?

Calls are recorded with the disclosure your counsel approves and retained for 90 days, the same retention as our outbound work. No payment details are taken on a qualification call, so the calls stay outside PCI scope.
