A weekly list of contacted, opted-in prospects — with the call notes behind each one

We turn your ideal-customer profile into a research brief, build and verify the list against it, and make first contact on lists you have approved. What you get each week is not a scraped file: it is the prospects who took the call, what they said and whether they agreed to hear from you again.

More likely to qualify an online lead when it is contacted within an hour rather than after 24 hours

What is settled before a list is built

Most outbound fails at the list, not the call. These six things are agreed with you in week one and every record is checked against them before an agent dials.

Weekly list of contacted, opted-in prospects with call notes

  1. 01

    Ideal-customer profile

Sector, size, geography, technology and the trigger events worth acting on, written as a research brief an analyst can work from.

  2. 02

    Exclusions

Your existing customers, open opportunities, competitors and anyone your team is already working, loaded as a suppression list before research starts.

  3. 03

    Verification

Every record checked for a real company, a real role and a working contact route before it is dialled. Unverified records are dropped, not called.

  4. 04

    Consent and screening

Lists scrubbed against the National DNC Registry and your suppression list before every campaign, calls placed between 8am and 9pm local time, opt-outs recorded immediately.

  5. 05

    First-contact script

What is said, what is offered and what is asked, written with you and signed off. Agents identify who they are calling for from the first line.

  6. 06

    Handover bar

What makes a prospect worth passing to you — interest, fit and permission to follow up — so the weekly list is short and real rather than long and padded.

How it runs, from first call to full volume

The same four weeks as every team we stand up. You hear live, scored calls in week four.

  1. Step 1. Profile workshop

    Week 1

We turn your ideal-customer profile into a research brief, agree exclusions and set the bar a prospect must clear to reach your team.

  2. Step 2. List build and script

    Weeks 2–3

The first list is researched, verified and scrubbed. The script is written with you and signed off, and agents train on your product and your objections.

  3. Step 3. Pilot with live QA

    Week 4

Calling starts on a small list. Every call is scored, every handover is reviewed with you, and the profile is corrected from what the market actually says.

  4. Step 4. Weekly cadence

    Week 5 onward

Lists are built, called and handed over weekly. The brief is tightened each month against which prospects your reps took forward.

Asked about lead generation

The questions this service raises on the first call.

Where do the lists come from?

We research them against the brief agreed with you, and verify each record for a real company, a real role and a working contact route before it is dialled. Where you supply a list, it goes through the same verification and screening first. We do not buy an unverified file and start dialling it.

How do you keep outbound calling compliant?

Lists are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry and your internal suppression list before every campaign, calls are placed between 8am and 9pm in the recipient's local time, and opt-outs are recorded immediately and honoured across every list. Disclosure wording is checked against your counsel's guidance before the first call.

What exactly do we get each week?

The prospects who took a call and agreed to hear from you, each with the notes from that conversation and permission recorded against the record. You also get the count of everyone researched, contacted and reached, so the list can be judged against the work behind it rather than on its own.

Do you book meetings as well?

That is the appointment setting service, and the two are usually run together: the same team researches and contacts, then books the interested prospects straight into your reps' calendars. Run on its own, lead generation hands over the prospect and your team takes the meeting from there.

How long before the list is worth anything?

The first handovers come in week four, from the pilot list. The brief is tightest after the first month, once the market has told us which parts of the profile respond and which do not — that correction is the point of the monthly review, and it is done with you.
